Welcome to SLiGO, a comprehensive database of synthetic lethal (SL) interactions predicted using Gene Ontology (GO) annotations and synthetic network features. Synthetic lethality occurs when the simultaneous disruption of two genes leads to cell death, while disruption of either gene alone is viable. Our algorithm integrates multiple biological data sources to identify high-confidence SL pairs with potential therapeutic applications.
